We offer small vacant land parcels. Each property includes parcel number, county information, GPS details, and a purchase agreement. Customers receive full ownership through a legal deed after payment completion.

Refunds are available before the customer signs the purchase agreement. After signing, the sale becomes final.
The “delivery” of the product refers to the transfer of ownership of the land. This is completed through a signed purchase agreement and a legal deed issued to the buyer.
Because land is a non-returnable physical asset, returns are not available after deed transfer.
Cancellations are permitted before contract signing. After signing the purchase agreement, cancellation is not available.

We collect only basic customer information required to complete the sale. No payment details are stored by us. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe using PCI-compliant systems.
Our checkout uses HTTPS encryption and Stripe’s PCI-compliant payment system. We do not process or store credit card information on our servers.
